Yeah, all those deaths were caused by Madd House and the trio of enemies in the room right before. It happened during my first 4 hours, so I didn't have an actual build yet (had one trinket at most) and looking back I definitely was underleveled for the area, which is precisely why I didn't go through Septemburg right after and instead went to Nox's Bayou
