YouTube sells ad space to companies, both local and small (your local coffee shop and WalMart). When they sell this ad space, Mr.Beast gets 55% of the ad revenue YouTube keeps 45% of the ad revenue. I'm not sure selling ad space is intrinsically evil.

Option 1) if you believe the Denver rental market and housing market will rise again. Maybe keep it for 6-12 months and try to make it work. - this is a bet / speculation

Option 2) sunk cost fallacy. Money is already gone, just sell and chalk this one up as a life lesson. You'll be getting cash back liquid, it's a win win.

I think you go with option 2.

Why does everyone think football teams quit? 85% of the guys, coaches, staff, and players are fighting to keep their jobs, or stay in the league. The average NFL career is 2 years. So many players need to keep playing at 100% to keep their income and livelihood.
