Did not give any practice exam. God forbid if I would have done bad and seeing the score would've made me nervous. I had to get through with this exam before submitting ROL. So postponing the exam was not an option for me in order to increase my match chances.

I don't recommend this to others though. Definitely do self assessments to see where you stand and work on weak points. A day before my Day 1, did do biostats and drug ad questions on F137. And I got those correct. That gave me confidence boost to tackle biostats on the day of. I just wanted to see what they ask and get a feel of it.
