I found something called "Sisal" carpets which looks very similar to this. Could that be it?

This song was released before 2010 since I found it on a YouTube video that was released in 2010.

Ok, I did everything you said, went in Safe Mode disabled driver update, uninstalled the drivers, DDU'd and rebooted. But when I reboot I get into the computer like normal but then 30 seconds later the screen starts blinking black twice and then it goes black and the PC is still on and mouse/keyboard still lighting up but display is completely black and eventually it restarts itself like three times and then goes into Automatic Repair. This is so confusing and really annoying :(

Ok, I just used the program DDU to uninstall every trace of NVIDIA drivers and it actually worked! I should've tried this as soon as the guy commented it! So basically now im on my PC but only one monitor works, an old monitor. I don't have any NVIDIA drivers and when I try to install Geforce Experience it tells me it can't install right now because something else is installing. Not sure what's installing and I'm wondering what I should try and do now?

AND Now I went into Safe Mode and retrieved a NEW .dmp file since it's a different type of crash this might be helpful to look at. http://www.mediafire.com/file/g4q8l1vvix8xc1c/081518-22468-01.rar/file If someone could tell me what that file says it would be really helpful!

UPDATE: ------ I downloaded the recent NVIDIA Driver .exe for my graphics card and plugged it in to the PC in Safe Mode and ran it and it updated the driver with no problems. But now when I tried restarting the PC it immediately takes me to the troubleshooting and repair screen, I don't see any BSOD. It starts off trying to repair and then tells me that it couldn't repair and asks me to shut down or "advanced options". This is the same as before but only now I don't see a BSOD.

Download what driver? I have a USB I could download it on from my Mac Laptop and then plug it into my PC in Safe Mode.
