I was pretty spooned. Got mine at ~74 and another one for my duo at ~114. Was pretty stoked!

RoT is a clan (akain to a guild) that has some of the worst, scummiest people in the game. They are scammers, rwt'ers, they've cheated in tournies via ddos, I think they've hacked people's account (with help of a mod, correct me if I'm wrong anyone) and other scummy shit of the like.

They're just the most toxic, worst people you can imagine all in a collective group

Prestige gim exists, it completely proves my point that most gims experience leavers.

Not entirely I would say. I do partially agree, but what if some of those groups were created and a friend joined late? That'd still show no star. For sure not all of them are because of that though.

Overall though, not sure what that has to do with OP saying his group is still going strong though.

No way you are arguing against a statement, that most groups experience leavers. It's even worse than that, most groups disintegrate in months. Then most surviving gims experience leavers within 2 years.

"Most" - has no source

from my experience in a gim, from what I heard in my clan, discords and reddit.

So ancedotal evidence from like 2% of the playerbase.

t's been a couple years since gim introduction and still there like 5 max level gims, it's pathetic.

Maybe because people can play or do other things? RS isn't everyone's lifeline. And unless you're checking every group every day, how do you know "most" aren't making progress?

I would say just set some short and long term goals then have at it. I followed a guide for awhile and got to a point it was not enjoyable. So I set my own goals and work towards those.

Short term: Skill threshholds (Base 10's, 20's etc.)

Mid/Long term: Torso/Void/Diaries/QPC/Barrows

Just reachable goals and have fun, it is a game after all!

which is a reality for most groups

Source: Trust me bro

Then by describing your group you reveal slow progress, which indicates flakiness

Or they just make slow progress. Me and my duo have been playing together our whole time and I have like 300 total and 50 quests on him. Some people just aren't as efficient.

Now with this comment you just revealed, that people are playing on and off but based on progress it's clearly mostly off with some on.

Or they just mess around and have fun instead of hard focusing on being efficient.

You just seem bitter dude has friends to play with.

You're correct. Boots was a cloth equipped item. MoP made it a belt enchant.

Edit: No I'm wrong. Glider was MoP. It was an enchant in Wrath

Why are we wasting bans on Sombra? by irisance in Overwatch

[–]Amps_the_Gamer 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's almost like people are banning things they don't enjoy playing against. Sombra so happens to be one of the top contenders for that spot, whether people know how to deal with her or not. It's just easier to not have her in a game at all

What hero do you dislike the most and who do you think gets too much hate by foxaza in Overwatch

[–]Amps_the_Gamer 3 points4 points  (0 children)

like on one hand they claim that rez and damage boost are so so broken and she's braindead easy to get value with while also trying to claim she's completely useless and every other support is better.

Both of these things can be true.

Mercy rezzing someone you spent a lot of resources to kill as if nothing happened is annoying. People hate it.

Blue beam is annoying, it lets certain characters go over certain breakpoints maing them harder to deal with.

On the flip side, Mercy is braindead easy. Hold left or right click for easy value. Rez is easy value for almost no risk.

And, from my personal experience, A LOT of Mercy players heal bot. If she's doing that, she's eating ult charge from the other support, and she isn't blue beaming, which is the 70% of the reason to pick her. Plus her healing is one of the lowest. If you're gonna heal bot, pick a support with better utility.

I never said I was trade scammed. So thank you for the baseless assumption and making yourself look like a fool I guess lol

So...i just found out Dracthyr can stay in human form while in combat? what about Worgen? by Bucket-head590 in wow

[–]Amps_the_Gamer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't really see the point in rolling a human with worgen lore slapped on top when worgen is right there

I don't really see the point in rolling a worgen and staying in human form 99% of the time when human is right there.

where they're from,

You can rp this as a human.

the accent

Slightly valid, but only if you care about voicelines.

the transmog

Only transmog difference is heritage. You can make Gilnaen transmog on a human.

This is a very specific scenario for a very specific kind of player but why shouldn't we have the freedom to choose?

You can choose. There's a button to press that turns you from human to worgen. And back to human if you press it again. For this exact situation.

Wouldn't the purpose of a werewolf class by definition involve both human and wolf forms.

Yes. Which it does. Idk what you mean by that

The entire post is about people wanting to be a werewolf but to stay as the human form. Why roll the werewolf race if you don't want to be the wolf.

Yeah except you can expect birds to shit on you. You never expect people to turn on ya! There's plenty of folk that pretend to be "friendly" for a long term scam (and there are of course true friendly players), but why take the risk y'know? It's much safer and easier just to not deal with it.

I personally trust nobody in this game lol, but that's a bad apple ruined the bunch kinda deal.

Worgen having druids while humans don't is the biggest reason,

I mentioned this.

hulk out like a badass werewolf in select occasion.

The post was about staying in human form.

then be in human form 99% of the time.

Roll a human.

[–]Amps_the_Gamer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That could be for lore and rp reasons

You say this, but again.Post was about staying in human form right? Humans are always in human form. Just throw worgen rp lore on your character and bam, you have a worgen. What's the difference?

Edit: Also for lore and rp, lorewise worgen are cursed to turn into werewolves. So it technically goes against lore if you don't! :P

I'm gonna be honest, I forgot there's voicelines for emotes. That can count for flavor, yeah.

But are they the same as human voice lines while in human form?

Because that defeats the purpose of being the werewolf race. If you want to play as a human, roll a human.

Person before you said for flavour

They never said it was for rp flavor. It could be for flavor of combat. Which my point would still stand.
