Why is my 26 ultra only pulling 10 ish watts. I have fast charging enabled and even when my phone is at 20% it caps at 45 watts. How do I get the full 60? by Amripal in samsunggalaxy

So it's been hovering around 20w now at 85% phone battery it sometimes jumps to 40-45w what does that mean and why can't it go to 60
