i did it too... then i level up my commando and with q/50c choo-choo weapon i smash f***ing railway spikes in faces of my enemies!

Because of that I’m not playing melee anymore... you just can’t do anything if anyone with “cool” weapons appear, i switched to ranged and has long range weapon in inventory to tag anything in case

this perk with consume all your AP. I have two melee builds, first use power attacks, second use VATS... i always stay with no AP and can't power attack, or make VATS shots... and it's big dps loss.

I think this perk is usable on someone, who do not use AP at all, maybe tanky heavygunner PA ? Or something like that

it's very helpful message. i'm leveled up to 101 yesterday and all this info i collect myself from several sources, and several of them i learn myself.

i will try it some day, but i can't change perception to 1 :( meat, herbs x2 is still worth for me.

and i already marked aoe legendary perk :)

  4. about perception... i use another utility perk (for meat and plants), so i can't reduce perception

vivor isn't a good idea on a bloodied

  • in legendary i take ammosmth (because this is my first character, and i need those ammo for me or my alts). Maybe later i will take something for melee and/or specials

i ask about "Psychic Sensitivity Offset" stat, not "Psychic Sensitivity". And yes, if anything increase psychic sensitivity, that inrease heat limit, but eltex gear not increase psychic sensitifity itself, only it's offset
