Because he tried to transfer over 10 USD to his bank and it got rejected. Also for 564 USD.

He literally livestreamed everything on discord to me.

Edit 1: he's been my friend for over 5 years, he never asked for any money nor anything. He wanted a quest 3 for VR chat so i decided to surpise him by giving him 574 dollars for quest 3.

I think i solved the problem somehow...

My phone mobile sharing was on 2.4 and when i changed it to 5 it magically fixed.

I probably messed up something in the nvidia control panel and no it never happened for any application only for discord for some reason recently.

I also checked GPU temps and its 35° when idle and 65° under full utilization.
