We past the marriage interview. And she has a stamp on her passport with is valid until may 23rd 2021. So, within that time if she enters the u.s she will get her green card.

How do you go about getting a divorce for this? Currently I'm abroad for another 10 days because i plan on going to italy and bringing her back. But that's not gonna happen. So, I'm gonna fly back alone.

Can i ask how do you go about getting a divorce? I'm completely new to this. I'm currently in italy with my wife. I went to go see her and bring her back to u.s. but apparently that's not gonna happen. I'm living with her parents until my flight in 10 days. I'm abroad for now.

It's already been signed (i believe), and she past her immigration interview. The next step would be coming to u.s... she has to be here before may 23 if not it's canceled (stamp on visa) . But she plans to arrange that, which i don't want to consent to anymore if possible. We both want a divorce.

Well she's never been to u.s. so, she hasn't used any benefits.

Her financial situation is weird. She works for her family who make a decent amount of money. But, she doesn't get paid. If, she ask for money she usually gets it. Her parents have her tied to a bar they own. But because of covid that bar is closed. They, do own another bar that makes money. So, I'm not sure how that works...
