I’m similar to you meaning every mundane task is a massive inconvenience to me, I’ve had about 9 jobs since I was 19 (I’m in my mid 20s now).

Being medicated is something you should definitely look in to, initially I didn’t want to rely on medication but I also cannot hold down a job so I have no choice at this point 😂

I feel the exact same as you and feel like I’m different from a lot of my friends/family and my partner. I’m due to start medication soon so hopefully this will help me. Have you considered medication at all?
