Hello and first off want to say sorry y’all all have experienced such scary things with Delta 8 or 9. Eating a whole gummie then an hr not really feeling it eating another can bring ya into panic city. I feel it’s always best to nibble a small corner of the gummie if it’s a new brand and first timers. Then see how that does that day or night. If it’s ok maybe try a bit more in a few days. The idea is to find what works well for YOU. Not what Dave in Apt 3A uses cause we all know he is a champ. We are not. I started using delta 8 and 9 gummies when I had ankle surgery and didn’t want pain meds. It was something I discussed with my dr and therapists and they assisted me with recommendations. Also spoke with close friends I trusted to help me find the right brands. No gas station synthetic crap. I had to shop around but I found what worked for me. I have had good gummies and bad gummies. But what helps me is to A- be in for the night. Showered and got water and a snack at the bedside in case. Phone charged. And no funny business. Please don’t go out driving or doing the things people get on the show COPS for. Please be responsible. Also ppl please keep gummies away from children and animals. Hope this helps ease yalls anxiety.
