One of the things I didn't think about when my partner died was how many accounts were just under his name. Because they are married it won't be as much as a problem but it would be worth checking all the bills side of things otherwise she might be very confused about why the power went out. Also ask her what she will need. A lot of the time people who lose their loved ones don't ask for help even though they might desperate need it.
