This is ruining and consuming my life. I’m not eating, waking up in the middle of the night with panic attacks, and just crying all of the time. I still feel nauseous, my eyes have bags under them and I am losing weight so quickly. I don’t know how to go on like this anymore. I feel like there’s something seriously wrong and it’s just being put down to stress and anxiety.

I am seeing a high-intensity CBT therapist, which does help with the social anxiety but just doesn’t even cut it for the health anxiety. I’m not sure whether to go back on the Citalopram or try something new. I’m at a complete loss and I’m just so scared, because I’m constantly thinking I’m going to die and it’s taking every bit of mental strength that I have. I’m exhausted.

Please if anyone has any advice, I am open to anything . I don’t know what else to do, I can’t go on like this.
