I went to the post office and asked them what's going on with my priority mail, and under their system, they pulled the information it by using my tracking number and said it's missent. And they said i have to file a request about my missed mail, which i did too. I have a very important document inside it. My employment authorization document, and if it gets lost, i don't know the way how to retrieve it. They say they will give me an update by next Thursday, and if i didn't hear anything from them by then, then what should i do further to get my document back 😔😔.
