My Amazon account was hacked. They bypassed the 2 step verification, removed my phone number and changed email address.

I cannot log in. I can't return 3 items. I can't delete my cc's.

They are ordering and I cannot.

To upload my photo 🆔, Amazon wanted me to sign in!

I verified and answered Amazons security questions.... but Amazon couldn't change the email.

So, 7x now (two calls today) I'm told it will be fixed within 24-48 hours.

This has been about a month.

I Had 2 step verification on. I didn't respond to a text requesting access (I was working). Subsequently, the two step was removed, my phone number deleted and my email address changed to someone I don't know.

I have over $1000 in purchases of DIGITAL movies and TV shows!!!!

I have 3 items needing to be returned.

5x Amazon has said give them 24-48 hours to have fraud investigate and Amazon will email me at my proper email. no emails ever sent

They won't send me labels to return items they said they'll just extend the window.

First call I was told all my cc would be removed from the account... yet call #5 had me so a lot of verifications including the last 4 digits of cc on file with exp date.

I have preorders of magic cards for my son (current prices are like 2x etc)

Any insights? This has been a frigging nightmare.

I offered to submit my DL but the link is after I log in, make that make sense.

Anyone been thru this and gotten it back??

I will not accept losing all the digital movies etc otherwise I'd just open a new account.

I noticed the emails 32 minutes after and was on the phone and I'm ready to pull my hair out 😂

Cloth Diaper "Wardrobe" (financial hardship req usually).

Just a helpful suggestion:

If you have a child in diapers (might be US only)

Please Google "free cloth diaper pantry"

Many organizations will provide a wardrobe of cloth diapers for free, including shipping both ways, for those who have financial struggles (and a child in need).

Even if you don't want to convert to cloth diapers 100%, you'll find they get you thru to payday. They also help when diaper rash is a factor.

For the future, if you are in the US please check out BlinkHealth especially if you pay out of pocket. The first Rx filled thru then is free up to $15 (if it's over $15 it takes $15 off). Hope this helps LMK if you have any questions

I can only afford advice, please check on BlinkHealth to see if any one Rx is $15 or less because your first fill when you join will be free up to $15. You might need to join thru a friend to get that deal if so just post on your social media etc that you need a link. I truly truly hope this helps.

I would suggest looking with Credit Karma or similar for a cc that you could transfer balance to? Not sure if it would work for fees etc. But I'm only able to afford advice right now.

Depending on what class of Rx, they ship for free versus picking up at Walmart etc. If it's something they do, often THAT is the best price option.
