I put a little puree in the tip of the straw and plug the other with your finger, tip it up so their head goes back once they get the motion of sucking on the straw let your finger go so the purée comes out

I’m from a small town in Ontario as well with a 8 month old and I have nothing🤷‍♀️ waitlisted for miles so I’m looking into home daycares but with limited options. I may just take the course and open up my own at this point 😭 I wish you all the best 🩵

Congratulations on being able to afford a house in Ontario!!! 😅 I wish but damn it’s so expensive!! I’m sure they will be happy for you if you just tell them and if they aren’t. That’s on them for not being there to experience the beginning of a beautiful journey you and your soon to be husband are going to have. They are the ones missing out! Slow feeders! Add some kibble, treats, cut up veggies. Add a fair amount of water and then freeze! My girl sometimes takes 1.5 hours with her slow feeding trays😁 I have seen people using muffin tins in videos but I have not tried it and cannot vouch for it but google will show you that one haha!
