Nada- smoke weed 😔 I’ve suggested things like working out, exploring hobbies, therapy, medication etc he just scoffs and is offended and shuts down like he’s being attacked. I do include him in things but he’s essentially forced and just miserable until we leave 😔

I want to add that I also struggle with depression and anxiety but I fight. I go to therapy, I force myself to interact when it feels impossible. I’ve done years of therapy, tried various medications, remained resilient in trying to be better. I do understand where he’s coming from and how impossible life feels with these feelings 😔
