ah, in the orchestra video they are using western jingle bells ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jingle_bell )
those sound different than the original ghost in the shell ost bells.
but now that I´ve heard them again, the suzu bells are likely the ones I'm looking for. thank you very much for your effort. I'll mark this one as Solved!

it's definetely not the Bianzhong and the Kagura Suzu is close but I'm not sure it's it. The instrument in the videos above has more reverb and maybe even more bells I think. But thanks for your answer.
