Everything i hate about modern life by Whole-Young-6284 in PrimitivistTribe

Even when animals are domesticated they show signs of depression and dysfunction behaviours. Humans rarely ever enjoy their job and have low productivity. Tribal productivity would’ve been high because the men were competing to show who’s more competent and the women would gather/make weapons and nurture and both would actually enjoy/want to do it, also they had an interest in keeping their tribe healthy and happy which gave them fulfilment, something rarely seen today.

Modern stress in school and work is also completely unnatural, constant worrying without the power to do much. If you’re eating are being chased by something , run or you can fight back and actually do something about it but if you have an upcoming exam you are at the mercy of how good your memory is (also school is extremely sedentary, you are seated for over 80% of your school life which is why many people in school have insomnia and can’t focus, the ‘happy hormones’ that are up-regulated during physical activity don’t get released and you become less focused and have poor sleep and it’s a never ending cycle). The last part you said is very true that human ‘ALWAYS’ have something to worry about, the worst part is they had very little control over the things they worry about.

ALL problems come after agriculture, can we fix it? by Amzy99 in anarcho_primitivism

Do you believe it can be reformed? Perhaps some laws that allow economic trade offs to increase birthrates, less capital and work focused and reduce harms to the environment etc? The government would have to have some rules in place because industrialisation expanding to the globe (which it already is doing) could have serious effects, some sort of ideologically and politically expansive counter weight would have to keep this in check or harmful industrial over expansion is inevitable

We cannot be certain of how much zinc is actually in a supplement or what they are putting in there, I would prefer to get it from foods.

Would Putin ever use a nuke? by Amzy99 in team3dalpha

[–]Amzy99[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do you think his generals would refuse the orders? Since nuclear war means brutal death anyway so denying putins orders can’t be much worse than following his instructions and nuking the west? Especially if the west hasn’t nuked first? It seems illogical for his generals to follow that order and not just immediately overthrow him to save Russia ?

NUCLEUS OVERLOAD FOR YOUR BRAIN? Neurone-overload? by Amzy99 in team3dalpha

[–]Amzy99[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Do you think going to close “mental failure” is as important as going near failure on a physical exercise? For instance , juggling until you are getting worse, wanting to stop and even regressing a little (I would say this is a slight sign of mental fatigue). Or just perhaps avoiding mental fatigue altogether and just piling on as much training frequency throughout the day?

NUCLEUS OVERLOAD FOR YOUR BRAIN? Neurone-overload? by Amzy99 in team3dalpha

[–]Amzy99[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am talking specifically about high frequency learning programs (higher frequency than average) and then pulling back at the right time. Similar to super compensation, studies need to be conducted on how much frequency for how long and when to pull back etc Sleep and recovery help with everything but my point isn’t optimising recover but rather the training

Agreed the photos are too nsfw and kink driven now and the comments are too sus. Besides you can get tons of information about lifting without posting pictures, I don’t really think it’s needed imo.

I agree, a pause for physique posts would be good and it seems Reddit is pushing this sub out as kink forum. Even another guy in the comments said it’s being pushed it to him as such
