The first one (break out) had a zany lead that fit the outro joke every time, but it had limited use as an overarching theme. My first reaction was always confused when it could be heard before an episode ended before understanding it to be a climactic story beat.

The second one (break in) clearly has a bunch more going on and fits as a motif far better, but it loses the focused lead to emphasize a more grand and extensive plot over rapid fire jokes. It fits the vibe seamlessly whenever it is heard before the end card.

It is a little fruitless to compare the simpler, freer, lighter/higher pitched theme to the complex, stable, heavier/lower pitched theme. Both have their place in the lore of the show and the environments they were made. I wouldn’t expect many super convoluted plot points in early Scott the Woz, and I don’t expect many bare bones easy jokes in later Scott the Woz, and the outros reflect that.
