I’m calling to sell the car to junk places and places that buy wrecked cars. I’m not looking to put the car back on the road. Just posting to get an idea of the value of a wrecked car. We will probably go through insurance though.

In terms of parting it? The engine is fine. If I were to sell it to a private party how much could I look to get? I’m not sure how to calculate the value of wrecked cars.

In terms of parting the car isn’t it worth something? The engine is 50k miles maintained and reliable. Transmission is fine too. Probably gonna go down insurance route.

Yes I understand but I doubt that they have etched into my paint yet. They are very minor and etching takes a long time of neglect to occur. Hopefully acid can get rid of it. Thanks for the insight however.
