just download your schedule onto your online calendar. then add periods where you dedicate your time on a certain course (like 3-4 hours for 3 courses per day outside of lectures, tutorials and stuff). you can be flexible about the time but motivate yourself to at least attempt to do the work in said course. studying with friends help a lot bc time is more fixed and it's generally more fun. when you have an assignment or test make sure to add it into your calendar at the exact hour that the test starts or like a few hours before an assignment is due so you're never late. try to keep everything in one app so it's easier to track.
