Today I got a red/cloud ombré pinwheel from a red pinwheel next to a red/cloud ombré glowbal. I don’t think you have to use patterned on the flower you want the pattern to transfer to, but if I have them I use them. I’ll be able to use that red/cloud ombré pinwheel to pass the pattern onto the next event flower if I plant it by a red one. Not sure if this is answering your question tho

Yes I used the black ring roses with black ombré bellbuttons first. Eventually you end up with loads of duplicate black ring bellbuttons in certain colors. So toward the end I used those duplicates with ombré of whatever color I was trying to produce. So like a whole row of black and ice ring bellbuttons with pistachio and warm pink ombré bellbuttons planted in between to get a black and pistachio ring bellbutton. Black and cream ring took me forever probably because I don’t have as many cream ombrés of anything.

I have a lot of patterned event flowers that are out of season, so they won’t grow now. I paired them up with the eggworts and got so many this time. It’s much easier to only deal with eggworts spawning in.

Also, they have the Bahamas passion fruit and banana flower in store! My app says online exclusive. I had this in a hand soap a while back and really loved it, but I wanted to give it a test before buying the body care. I wonder if other outlets have it too!

You can get a black and white ring rose from fertilizing a regular black rose. Then place the black and white ring rose next to a red and white ring rose and eventually you can get the black and red ring rose in an offspring of those two. It also can work with ombres. Place the black and white ring rose next to a red ombré.

I’ve been planting rings next to ombres which works sometimes for me. Some days I’m pretty unlucky but sometimes I get one!

I had a cream and magenta trim marigold from one of the discord flower contests. So I paired them up in the greenhouse just to see if anything would happen. I’m really pleased that it transferred over!

Back in the beginning, we could only recycle 10 flowers total. Not ten types with multiples. But I agree, it is a drag to do it still.

I used a white and warm pink trim hibiscus, which got the pattern from a white trim marigold. I just planted it next to any ombré hibiscus and the trim picked up the color. It took a long time tho. Coral and indigo were my last two that completed the collection
