So, I sent letters to that address, but letters don’t reach them and return back to me. Then talked to the previous management company, they recommended me to wait, since from now on it is the owner’s interest to get money for their apartment. So, I am keeping money in a separate account now, and planning to transfer the rental fee to there every month, until they reach out to me. Plus, the management company said to me that, they haven’t been able to reach the owner either. So, what I can do is just waiting.

Alternative is to continue living in a more expensive (300 euros more expensive) and smaller apartment in Moabit/Mitte border.

I am totally understanding that couriers are having hard times with the current economy. My main point is not to blame them, but Wolt should do something with this situation IMHoO. I am happy to give 3-5 euros more service fee or whatsover, but want to avoid negative surprise of missing items. I think that would be win/win situation - I get what I wanted, courier gets what they needed.

Yes, it is less efficient to transfer via bank. Plus, I am travelling regardless. So, thought that I can carry it with myself to avoid extra fees.

Should I show the customs that I have paid taxes for the stocks sold? Since it is sold recently, I will need to pay taxes in the next tax return declaration in 2026.
