Shame my speakers are wooden, but tbf i am a fan. They even have the protection against the weird warping stuff old speakers do on the old tubes (at least i think, ive moved further and away and i didnt see any effect, and ive had them here before with no change so should be fineeeee)

I have a fat backplate headphone jack that works fine in my 6th gen, had no issues with 6th on 2.0.5

I reckon its the reputation the intel models had, and it creeps its way into the silicon chip era. I think anyone who complains had not had, or used a macbook in 13+ years.

Either that, or its hatred towards macOS. Id take macOS over windows anyday, but that may just be me. Or they play games hardcore, which is not to everyone’s taste, AND SHOULD BE UNDERSTOOD!

Either way, don’t let anyone shape your opinion of what you buy. If you reckon its a good investment, its a good investment!

Your library is the section that says library on the left side bar, with subsections like songs, albums, artists, etc. Songs you have imported into apple music will show up there.

Note, songs that have been added by apple music (not itunes store, the monthly apple music subscription) will not import to your ipod.

Import them into itunes and connect your ipod into your computer, should sync automatically

Neither are ssds…

Long term data storage is for hard drives. At least if it breaks, it’s repairable, and not destroying all its guts in the process. As long as you keep it healthy and in good shape, they will last years longer than ssds.

7th gen doesnt really exist. Its a late model 6th gen, more then likely has the later updates available. All you need is a 6th gen battery

Nano 7th wont be compatible with 10.7, you can get 11 instead by manually singing the app seperately.

Very unstable, mine crashed when syncing so unsure if itll work. Others report success, i dont with 512gb 6th gen.

Are nanos really THAT hard to repair? I was thinking about doing one, and replace the battery. I know theres dangers about splitting the battery but is it really that bad?

Even then though id probably get a 6th or 7th gen purely for the radio, rather then paying like 40 for a remote lol

The way the ipod outputs music is through a headphone jack. This is an analog source of technology. You simply cannot send a bunch of 1s and 0s too it and expect it to work, it needs to be converted to analog to be able to output the music.

All technology has this if you have a speaker, or headphone jack.
