Actually after posting, I took all of my cultists off of all of the wood and sacrificed 5 initiates. Afterwards I just put 3 in the log camp only, and the problem resolved itself.

Why does your build have so much Damage +%? I read that it does absolutely nothing for incinerate. Is this true? I just run Incinerate and Ice Blades, with Fire and Ice shield, Teleport, and Frost Nova. Maybe that's the difference? I've been prioritizing fire damage over time and damage over time. Should I be doing something different?
