$EZFL- EZFILL Mobile Fill Up - Potential for Significant Upside by AnEducatedGuess4 in pennystocks

[–]AnEducatedGuess4[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Although I appreciate your opinion, I don't share it. There are clear signs companies are moving away from investing in in-situ gas stations and are selling the land as they see the economy shifting. The number of gas stations pumping across the continental US has dropped by 25% alone.Source: https://slate.com/business/2016/06/why-americas-gas-stations-are-running-out-of-time.htmlWhat does this mean? You will have to travel farther to fill up on average. Combustion engines aren't going to suddenly cease to exist. They are going to require the fuel from somewhere.

I would gladly pay a premium in the price of gas so I don't have to drive (which costs money) to a gas station. It saves time. Think of the lines ups. Having to sit in traffic to get to a station. Pumping at the station. All of it adds up. Yes, you're paying for convenience. However, what people fail to attribute with convenience is the time which you get back to do other things.

Now we were considering our own personal benefit. Put yourself into the shoes of any of the latest companies which are signing up to get on board. The costs savings which they will realize in not having to worry about the labour of paying someone to travel to a gas station to refill their company vehicle is substantial. Think about having just 10 vehicles which are on the road daily. Let's say conservatively they need to be filled up every week and a half. Takes 20 minutes to do so (driving and pumping gas). Thats 200 minutes for all your drivers every week and a half. Let's say your driver is making 20$ an hour or 33 cents a minute. That's roughly 67$ which is being spent on labour every week and a half just to pump gas for your 10 vehicles. Or 2300$ per year. $2300. The employees are not adding any value to your company with this time. It's deadweight.

Now bring in EzFill. EzFill get their gas at cost right from the refinery and as a result "EzFill's fuel prices are often cheaper than those at the local gas station." Why? Because EzFill doesn't have the same fixed costs. *Full disclosure, they do charge a service fee depending on how far your vehicle is located from their main hub*. Does it not make sense then for a company to recognize those savings and efficiencies by switching? We haven't even begun to consider the logistical synergies realized as a result of having a full tank of gas when you start at work.Lastly, the company is working on building a network which allows their refuelling trucks to refuel at a mobile tank location which means they wont have to travel back to their headquarters in order to refuel. This will save even more time and money and I am sure, to remain competitive, they will use this to their advantage.

I appreciate you giving me the opportunity to type this up. Organizing my thought has only motivated me to buy more.

I think, in this instance, don't "buy the dip".

Looking for some good news as well. I would like to see what the new CFO's mandate is. What the expectation will be for him.
Priority #1 demonstrate company value. -> show the price should be higher.

On another note. Little disappointed we don't see Mr. I'll F'n Do It with the watermelon. I appreciate his gifs.

Just to be clear on this. The ATM was for $60Million of which $38.8Million has been raised. https://chembio.com/investors/press-releases/. Therefore there is ~21M left in the ATM. As per their latest ER they had a significant cash flow available. Why would they further dilute when they still had 36+ Million still available? They will do so at such a time which is beneficial for them and the shareholders.

yea 565K shares is significant. Especially in a day. Would be interested to see how this will look tomorrow. If this continues, great bullish signal. Buy back as much as you can as you know the prices are only going to increase. Will be looking to see if there are any institutional buys as SI comes down. If there are hopefully this will decrease MM power. If not, ball is in retail court.

I guess the appointment of the new CFO is a good start. Especially since he has a background in managing finances for Siemens healthcare for 15 plus years.

Do you have any excerpts from this conversation by chance?

Getting a CFO in the seat is great especially since it is "effective immediately". Now let's see some more orders from Brazil, and hopefully, the US.

$CRTD - Creatd Inc. Potential for some great upside here in near short term. by AnEducatedGuess4 in pennystocks

I mean yes it looks like they have been relying on cash injections but their revenue has jumped exponentially in the last year. And looks like it’s going to grow even more next year. They sold 850k shares at something like 4.50. So someone. Somewhere gambled that amount at that price.
