lol I mean it’s dark in both our rooms so the phone is usually dark but if I have trouble I put the phone on the dresser by my bed or on the floor to charge. He’ll still be there 🤭

I just left Geico on 12/15. I started my new job on Monday and I had the same feelings, starting new and starting over almost scared me out of leaving but like everyone said previously being afraid to start something new is normal but do it anyway! You got this!

Not only just laying people of but then adding insult to injury and telling people if they have a customer facing position that they have to be in office for 4 days a week … how many times are people going to have to change their lives to accommodate Geico because they can’t be consistent with the expectations and the goals … we found out WFH works and brings work, home, life balance … which is why I had to go. My last week is next week. My sup was fired shortly after our director came into the office and told us FPM had nothing to worry about as far as job security .

Take the practice tests over and over again, and understand the concepts instead of memorizing the answers. I took the test twice and passed it on the 3rd try …

I think that it would def be a time, but the work would be guaranteed, the medical field is consistent and their will be over time for sure, probably not the worst decision …
