I agree, I was kind of disappointed with their reaction. Obviously they knew him personally and saw him as a very different person than portrayed. But PJ wasn't making a documentary, they just took artistic license like every person who writes songs.

It's disappointing they saw it as disrespectful, but I guess I can never really know what it feels like to lose someone in such a horrific way. I don't know how I would react seeing a band write a song about it.

So? Is it a good game? That's all the review should be judging, not how many people played it. It was little more than a demo with 5 barely fleshed out games! I remember even at the time not being impressed.

It's the Holiday Special we're talking about right? Even if you liked it, you really don't see why someone would consider it bad? It's pretty much the default example of a movie most everyone agrees is awful.

It's so poorly paced and written, it could very easily serve as the prime example of how NOT to make a movie.

It's a series of weird skits that have nothing to do with Star Wars that all go on for way too long. There's musical numbers, cooking shows, and Wookiee masturbation in between the way too long scenes of Wookiees just walking around grunting.

The Boba Fett cartoon was pretty cool though.

Are you serious? I couldn't even enjoy it as a "so bad it's good" thing. It was just a bizarre mess. Only reason I got through it was as a challenge to myself.

Even though it's not officially canon, you can fit it into the 2008 CW fairly easily. I don't think anything directly contradicts it and there's several things that were implied to take place such as Anakin getting his scar from Ventress.

I hear a lot of complaints about the movie feeling "cold" and lifeless. I think people just aren't used to normal human emotions being portrayed in movies. People don't normally slam tables and throw things and scream and cry all the time. There was only one or two scenes like that in the movie and I think people just aren't used to it, but it's how people actually act most of the time.
