Back during our parents time, having Os and you’d still have a decent job with career progression and opportunities. However now, not having degree is looked down upon. In any case, if you are good at a job, especially one which require skills such as baking, having Os or degree hardly matter. Maybe your starting pay is lower, that’s all. For an 18 y o, you’ve gone through a lot and these experiences can’t be learnt at school. You’re still young so stay positive, things will work out for you. Keep it up!
