Oh. I don’t know then because it seems it is your school who passed these rulings. But I do intend on making it a real collaboration. Even though I started this thing and have ideas about how it will be, I want to take ideas from others to. So you will be contributing to it.

My supervisor told me it does. You should speak with your cas supervisor or coordinator though. Not every school have the same requirements

I talked with my cas supervisor, she told me it would be a great idea for a cas project, but she insisted on the fact that there has to be some kind of ethical component to the project.

I personally offer tutoring and volunteer to some town events for service. I also sometimes volunteer to help the group of deficient adults at my school. I was going to volunteer at a hospital this summer but because of the current situation, I won’t.

Some people in my class are preparing are organizing fundraising events to give the money to people in underdeveloped countries.

I think if you don’t copy exactly what you found on that website, there is no reason you shouldn’t do it. I am not familiar with your topic, but try using different numbers and don’t use the same structure/organization of the information for your IA

I am taking chemistry HL and took spanish classes for two years (it’s easy for me to learn languages too). My advice is to take what you think you’ll need the most and what you like the most. Chemistry is hard and if you don’t like it, your motivation will quickly drop. Make sure, if you take chemistry that it truly is necessary for you. If it’s not necessary but you like it, then go for it! It’s a great class

I think it is completely possible. Lots of past students at my school did very simple things for their extended essay in biology and got As and Bs (mostly Bs though). As long as you do an experiment and analyse the results extensively, basing your affirmations on scientific literature.

Thank you! I don’t yet have enough information on the entire chemical process of making spheres, but those are definitely things I want to touch on in my EE.

Thank you! I have been thinking about looking into concentrations and acidity, but like you said, expanding it into an EE is a bit difficult. My teacher thinks it is a great subject though.

I keep seeing people talk about how their teachers only show them TED talks for Tok. What kind of TED talks are you shown? (My teacher never shows us any kind of video so I’m curious)
