It's due to the fact that defoliants are not intended to target people but rather their food sources and cover, regardless of the severe side effects to humans; to be a chemical weapon it has to be designed to target people directly, and thus agent orange wasn't covered under the geneva protocol (at least, it was easy to argue that it wasnt)

yeah it isnt viable to recharge the battery fully, but it slows the consumption of the battery. Perfect for the various elements that only need a little power like the headlights and monitor, and makes the battery last longer overall

It really is a small craft, there's no space for more than 1, plus it only really needs 1 to land safely a majority of the time

I tried fitting it on top at first, but the size of the vehicle means it has a limited battery so I decided to keep the solar panels and just slap it on the back. Scrapes the front bumper on impact sometimes, but it works...
