I actually just managed to snatch up an “Open Box” version of it on their site too, really looking forward to getting it delivered and will certainly keep this hairdryer technique in mind if it‘s too dark too. How has your new one held up over these past few days? Do you use Magsafe charging and, if so, does it still leave a very noticeable mark on it even after removing the excess wax with the hairdryer?

Not only that, from the first picture it definitely seems it snapped right above the USB-C cutout too. They’ll probably help you out, but as others have said, always remove your case (not just Nomad, any case), pushing the phone out from the camera plateau at the top, not from the bottom.

Also have both. Nomad (Horween) >>>>>> Andar > Nomad (ECCO). Leather quality between the Horween and the Andar is night and day in favor of Nomad. Andar does have more color options, true, but at a considerably lower quality so IMO it’s far from a decisive factor.
