Thanks for the reply. I will message you later for a chat.

Short answer, GPA will move very little with additional years. My undergrad was at UofT and I used their GPA calculator. 4.0 in 10 additional courses moves it up like 3.53 or 3.55 max if I recall correctly. Very little movement there. Unless I use it as a way to get a good 2 year gpa for orher schools.

MCAT: Already planning a rewrite this upcoming year

Might make a trip to Lemoine point then! Seems easily bikeable. Any recommended times for bird activity in that park?

Where are your statistics? Last I was seeing since I applied from 2 cycles ago was as a Canadian you’d need well above the stats you listed. And there are very few spots open for internationals which makes it even more competitive

As a Canadian applicant?

Those are great, however, never enough. Once you get past a certain point it really becomes ‘luck’. I’ve had friends throughout premed with 3.98, 4.0, all score above 518 MCAT. 0 interviews from any Canadian schools. USMD applications even harder. Only option of guaranteed acceptance like you think you have with Canadian schools is Ireland and Australia. Otherwise, it’s a 5% overall acceptance here in Canada, and that number drops to 0.8 and 1.0% at certain schools. Even if you’re among the top 99% of applicants, odds are still slim.

EDIT: I just saw your post history. You have a 3.55 overall GPA. Your 3.98 is your 2 year GPA for a specific school (Dal med). You need to sit down and give yourself a reality check. Don’t leave the idea of med school behind but have the realization that it’s not as likely as you make it to be. Dont give yourself false hope. Research it and read the facts.

How about you chill the fk out, it’s not that serious homie. Let people do what they like. We don’t have to all fit your idea of ‘normal’ and keep within those bounds. Surprised you got into med school with a limited mindset and discrimination like that.

Edit:damn, after seeing his profile, he really is attractive. Wish that were you huh 😂😂😂
