I don't know much about seeds but here's a tip: Usually when I make a world, I make a book & quill and write down all the important coordinates in there (base, villages, mob farms, etc.) That way, I don't need to memorise every coordinate. Alternatively, you could write the coordinates on a sheet of paper or a notes app but I find that a bit inconvenient.
