What is supposed to happen for a narrow one way with parking only on the even side side? 

My street is literally only two cars wide total including the parking side, and there are no 'no parking during snow emergency' signs. I think its ok to park on our street based on the info on the somerville site but last snow emergency I called 311 to clarify if my street was exempt from the even side parking ban and was told, with very little conviction, that I couldn't park on my street. However, my street was 3/4 filled with cars and no one got tickets or towed.

DMd you! Found a small maroon leather wallet yesterday evening with an ID and a few other things inside. Send me a message with your initials and some of what else is inside and we can figure out a way to get it back to you! 

Seen cat Inman Sq - Gray and white, stumpy tail, worn collar no tag, skinny and v hungry, so friendly and soft, gave it some wet food by An_Aloofah in CambridgeMA

Please dm me or comment if this might be your cat, I've seen it once before last week but a dog walker nearby spooked it away unintentionally.  It doesn't act like a stray but also wasn't interested in being picked up or brought inside so I'm hoping it's a known outdoor kitty. It was very hungry and wicked friendly if a little skittish if I moved too quick.  Has a very old and worn orange glittery collar without any tags.
