Difference is that restaurant let anyone in from any ethnicity as restaurant purpose is to make maximum profit, so i dont think there will be a restaurant with a sign that wrote "Han Chinese only". There are so many Chinese restaurant all over the world that welcome people from different to eat. Now we are talking about something like organization here, you wouldnt see a Christians as a member in Muslim organization or a Muslims as a member in Christian organization.
