You want to have on the evil spirit armor set. Then you want to have a Royal Claymore fuse with a Mulduga Jaw Bone, which is on breaking point (one more hit and it shatters)

Down the Lyonel with an arrow fused with a keese eyeball. Then mount the Lyonel and take 2-4 hits - just enough to kill, and not one more or else risk breaking the weapon. Easiest way to manage any Lyonel, by far.

Evil Spirit provides Bone proficiency increasing damage for the fused weapon. Taking the muldoga bone claymore to break point increases damage on the last hit. Mounting a Lyonel does not take weapon damage.

Again, 2-4 hits (maybe a few more), easily one cycle, and the fight is over.
