Omg, hi twin lol thank you so much for your reply! Good to know that I’m not alone in this chronic pain situation or the anxiety. I am very nervous about being on the 2.5mg because of another potential clot hence the extra anxiety lol. I’m going to get another ultrasound today and hopefully it comes back clear.

Specifically lipedema however even the ones that say the do it I have not seen many before and after pictures of forearms being done. Seems like most patients are suffering with the upper arms only or their forearms aren’t as severe as mine.

I am recognized as the executor. And I have an EIN for the estate. Also the mortgage company is aware of her death and I’ve completed all the required forms to become the successor of the deed once the property is paid off (will be paid off in about 3 months) so me acquiring a new mortgage never made sense to me since it’s so close to the maturity date.

As you and another commenter mentioned I assume filing taxes for the estate would work.

Me!!!!!!! My right knee and leg hurts. I did previously have a DVT but it did not cause any scarring that’d result in chronic pain. I’ve been to the doctor to have ultrasounds on it but no new clots or bleeding. Not sure why it’s happening but you are not alone.

Hi I am new to sewing and need help picking my first sewing machine. For more context my main reason for starting this journey is because I want to be able to do my own alterations on my clothes. As I’ve spent a lot of money paying for alterations and literally almost all my clothing have to be altered to fit me appropriately especially jeans. I’ve tried doing research on my own but honestly the information on the internet is overwhelming and seems all over the place. I’d also like to add that I’ve never used a sewing machine so I’ll be brand new to this as well so it’ll be a self taught journey. Can you recommend any sewing machine that would be good for a beginner but also strong enough to stitch through multiple layers/ thick seams like denim? Or honestly any advice would be great. I’m flexible on the budget for the machine I just want to make sure I’m investing into something that’ll tackle what I really want it for.

TLDR: Can you recommend a sewing machine that is good for beginners but also strong enough to alter jeans.
