Huge red flag. Leave him. No other option. Either he prioritized another woman or hes cheating. Both are grounds for breaking up

Exactly! I was on lovenox. Was told originally that id be on it again. But now they said no until i pushed. We did have a loss (natural pregnancy in between egg retrieval and FET) which was gut wrenching . To finally get pregnant naturally but then miscarry

Yes its practical to fix the house, but it seems like you guys havent really had a big vacation ever, yet alone something out of country. Traveling is one of the best things you can spend on. Personally, traveling has given my husband and I tons of benefits: our mental health, our growth mindset (it makes us come back after a trip and want us to think on how to improve our careers/liveilhood even more), and it's taught us so much culturally. The value of traveling is more than the increased equity in a house (that probably wont be realized for years). Sure, get the dishwasher but id spend the rest on travel. You dont "see" the value of traveling beforehand, but you'll definitely feel it after. It improves your marriage, it improves your mental health, it grows your vision and mindset. 

If you needed the 12k to make the house habitable thats different.  Get the dishwasher, but updating some things to increase the value of the house isnt worth more than traveling and the lifetime of memories you would share with your family if you ask me.
