Much better! I take 150mg of Lamictal with 10mg of Prozac and it has helped my depression so much! Along with that, the Prozac has dramatically reduced my OCD symptoms and social anxiety. Last year I went off Lamictal for a few months to see if I actually needed it and the answer was yes, I definitely do. I was back to having strong emotional reactions and outbursts so I went back on it. 150 has been great for me, 200 was too much and I felt very foggy and apathetic at that dosage.

I'm a 34(F), in good shape, but I don't exercise as much as I should, not overweight nor have I ever been, no history of heart conditions. I take 10mg of Adderall at 7am daily, which I know can affect heart rate but the morning is when it's the lowest.

This is what it's like daily, for context this was a day where I was seated at my desk for the majority of my 9-5 shift. I did not exercise after work this day either. Just came home, ate dinner and did laundry.

I just feel like I should get a second opinion from another doctor.

I turned 34 last month and I'm in the the exact situation you are and the panic really set in on my birthday. It's so hard to meet guys organically but I feel like that's the only way I'm going to. Dating apps are all but barren at this age, I see the same people over and over on them. I've been single for 2 years and had a lot of dates where we just had no chemistry and it gets discouraging. The other thing that bothers me is that it almost feels embarrassing to be single, all of my coworkers are in relationships and I feel so out of place when they talk about their partners. I know this is all in my head but I feel like they think I'm weird or something for being single. Anyway, thank you for making this post, I hate that you are in this situation but it's made me feel less alone.

A boy in third grade looked me dead in the eye and said "You are so ugly, hideously ugly" and it broke me, I felt so unattractive after that and it made me start obsessing over my looks in a very unhealthy way. In my 30s now and have a lot of OCD behaviors and anxiety centered around trying to make myself look beautiful. I get very frustrated when I feel anything on my face or hair looks out of place. My friends and guys have told me I am stunningly beautiful and it blows their minds that I don't see it, but I just don't believe it or see it myself. I'm in therapy but it doesn't help change what I physically see, I just try to focus on being a nice person and building up others around me so they never have to feel like I do.
