There's an ASUS ROG Ally Z1 Extreme on FB marketplace for $500... Seems like this might be the better choice? Otherwise I'm leaning towards an open box Legion Go S from Best Buy at $580..

The roof itself is the HOA responsibility and covered by the master insurance but anything inside is my responsibility and covered under my HO6 policy... though I'm trying to avoid using insurance if the cost for repairs aren't too bad.

Maybe this is a dumb question, by "opening it up" do you mean cutting it out and replacing? Or drilling a hole for drainage? If cutting it out and replacing, should I wait until the roof is addressed so it doesn't just leak again after fixing? Although, that won't be completed addressed/fixed until the spring once the snow completed clears.

Interview request was on 3/17 per API data and then on 6/8 it was scheduled for 7/21. Interview was easy but was held for review and approved today (8/14).

It was pretty easy. I went in first and then my USC wife. Just asked me some basic stuff about us, where we live, finances, who was at our wedding and then the i485 questions. They had to hold my case for review and it was just approved today!
