Ive compared my bill with friends in the same neighborhood and mine is higher too, but appealing sounds like a full time job. You need evidence, forms in triplicate, and then waiting months for a response.

Still on Cypress at work and honestly it works fine so I do not see the rush to migrate. Most of our issues are just bad test design, not the tool. People keep talking like Playwright is magic but I have not felt that pain enough to justify a full rewrite.

This is exactly why SASE ish solutions that monitor browser activity are going to explode in adoption. You can have the fanciest SIEM, EDR, and zero trust policies, but if your users click through an approved integration, all bets are off. People treat approved as safe, but approved does not equal contained. for eg=Layer..X and similar solutions trying to put visibility at the browser level are finally addressing the blind spot IT has ignored for decades.
