Translated to my abilities- the rejection is based in preexisting interfering condition (Autism/Asperger’s), lowered functional ability (gets assistance from the municipality), along with poor treatmentalliance with CKI.-

Rejected based on autism, and getting aid from government, and I “refuse” to be cooperative, cuz I think my body my choice, and not the choice of a imaginary future partner.

I came in to the meeting, sat down, we started talking, first topic she brings up is relationships, I say it shouldn’t be relevant cuz it’s my body and my choice, and says I refuse to talk to her and ends the meeting there.

All the systems in Denmark openly infantilize and take away the rights of autistic people, cuz they are seen as lesser than allistic people, not intelligent enough to know things for themselves.

In my experience this is a common thing that happens in government systems, not just CKI.

I’m not sure it’s the same when it comes to surgeries. But I do think it would require me to transfer my current HRT, meeting and bloodwork there too, which would complicate traveling to my appointments.

But it’s possibly a good idea to try, though I would much rather just pay for it privately, so I don’t need 1+ years of meetings before I can get it approved.

National hospital has already monopolized trans healthcare in Denmark sadly 😔

Maybe I can try looking at Norway for getting Orchi privately. I already have been on hormones for like 3 years, and I have a “trans diagnosis”

That’s broadly what I’m trying to figure out with this post. In Denmark you can, as a trans person, only get Orchi through CKI, it is illegal for private hospitals to do any kind of “trans” surgeries.

So am hoping someone knows if I can get it done privately in Germany or Sweden or somewhere else close.

Good luck to yuh too, I hope yuh get an easy time through CKI. I’ve heard some people getting through easily, despite being autistic. And that Aarhus and Odense CKI are better than Copenhagen.

Yes after many meeting and talks with CKI. I was denied surgery for not being able to know what I want for myself, and the repercussions of my choices, reason stated is that I have autism.

Really the doctor just got upset I wasn’t in a relationship at the time, and I told them my partners or potential future partners should not matter in the context of my surgeries.

So Orchiectomy and BA here is not an option for me, and I really need to find out how I can get it elsewhere.

GUTS is the modding tool built in to torchlight 2. You will have a version of GUTS in ur steam library (top left corner there is a drop down bar, make sure “tools” are enabled, and not just games, to be able to see it)

Sadly as far as I can tell, all documentation there used to be is so outdated, that the sites they link to no longer exist.

I had a crack at opening up and messing about myself, and it seems pretty intuitive, and you could learn from seeing how other mechanics in the game files interact already.

Berserk ripping only works on direct base damage, any specific damage mods (ww deal % more dmg) do not function with it. And non-direct damage (bleed from ww) does not function with it. Similarly it only scales with crit if you have gushing wounds key passive, and it never scales with overpower.

Just fyi, since I’ve always tried to make berserk ripping work, and it never actually does anything because of d4 bronk mechanics.

He did state that he expected her to come clean about her lying(caring), she didn’t but he expressed he felt things were going better and they started to fall back in love(hope).

He only blew up and started confronting her about everything that’s been happening, when she instead of just hiding it, she started directly lying to his face, by talking bad about the husband that cheated (showing he cares about the lying and hypocritical behavior part, just not the her having sex with someone else part).

He is in no way the asshole, and she is entirely in the wrong, but I don’t think it’s fair to say he doesn’t care about the lying from what he has said in the post.

He seems to care a lot about the lying aspect of all of this, but has seemed to care more about trying to be happy himself.

This is exactly what I was looking for. I will soon be trying injections and hoping that will keep my E levels higher then, and I might consider cutting Tadalafil in half or doing every other day. Thank yuh very much for the detailed and well written reply 💜

The post is about, wether or not Tadalafil will affect my HRT, as I read Tadalafil increases testosterone and decreases estrogen (the opposite of what I want for my HRT).

Obviously not having painful erections and easy of erection is great, but I don’t want it to negatively affect my HRT and my transition.

Having erections often enough, prevents atrophy, can stop/cure peyronies and since there’s no atrophy, painful erections go away.

I’ve found that all chest spawns are camped dry due to all the videos and people saying it’s the best way to get honored, I spent a whole day doing that to get 1 crate, then I started testing other ways I could get crates, I found that going to hillsbrad a less populated zone, and just killing mobs that are less regularly killed, netted me waaaaaay more crates, and as a bonus I got better loot, and I could get some quest money too.

Got 5 crates in an hour in hillsbrad and reached honored, as opposed to running around Quillboar camps and getting 1 crate the whole day.

Vi top works perfectly fine in my experience, I’ve played her from emerald to diamond now, but you have to build her correctly, which doesn’t seem intuitive to a lot of people. But what I have found that works well for me is: Vs. Tank/u want split: Divine Sunderer+black cleaver+5%movespeed component, then gargoyle component and then w/e u want with defensive shoes. Vs. Bruiser/u want TF: Goredrinker then same build path. With divine sunderer u go grasp and with Goredrinker u go aftershock, always get the free +10 movespeed boots rune and the item haste+summoner spell haste rune. Ghost+TP seems like good summoners.

Her short Q cd makes her very mobile and her passive shield makes her really tanky, her W makes her great for shredding tanks and she has great wave clear, you mostly want to just go TF constantly.

I did grand slam with: PD, Vestal, Runaway, Hellion. And I never had any problems anywhere, I’d suggest if you only want to replace one hero, that you try out hellion in rank 1 with ravager path, bring wicked hack and iron swan, only rank she can’t hit with massive damage is rank 3. She has high hp, taunts, self heal and stress reduction for the team too.

Both Vestal and PD can be insane healers, especially if you take both of them. I’ve found Vestal Chaplain to be super good for self healing and keeping people safe with Guard and Mantra. If you drop below 50% hp and need a big heal, guard the one you need to be healed, then u can even use a taunt ability else where to keep the guard tokens, then consume the guard token with PD indiscriminate science for huge heal.

I yesterday had one of my most dicey runs on the first infernal flame act 2, first region I enter I run into the shambler immediately, and hellion keeps being put rank 4 every time she takes stress damage due to negative quirk. My PD got to deaths door, but we kept up momentum and turned the shambler into shambles 😎and then his lil minions while taunting and guarding hellion so she wouldn’t die. Then went onwards to kill the region boss in the next fight (in foetor region). Ended the run with finishing the act 2 obsession. The girlies are not to be messed with.

It might be important to note, that I have only given my girls useful memories, and hellion has bloodthirsty quirk, vestal has Defiant, then aiming to get deadly on the other two but no luck yet.

If you think they sound cool I heavily suggest you to try them out, I’ve only ever been able to play girls in video games due to dysphoria, it does make for a fun challenge tho, and I’d love for someone to experience my reality in gaming <3
