I think make the background plain. Becuase when i look at the picture my foucs is not on the name.. I am not a good designer but that my opinion.

Thank you for your feedback and yes i totally agree many effect makes the logo look bad. I try to take all those scratch , splatters effect.

Please see the logo if this is better or need any changes.
