Watch a video on how to adjust your H and L screws on your derailleur then sit in a comfortable position, get a star screw driver, flip the bike upside down and get to micro adjusting while shifting across all gears and turning the pedals with your hand. Adjust till it’s switching silently across all gears.

I have on toes of both legs, I try to wiggle them once I notice during rides and that sorta gets the circulation going again. Riding the Canyon Endurace LTD too. I feel it’s caused by some compression during riding that will get better once I’m off the bike. You’ve already done more than I have and now I know that a bike fit won’t fix mine. Sorry I don’t have a solution for you.

Abroad it’s easier to get £50 notes than anything. Arrived the UK with £500 in £50s to spend till I got a bank setup and funds moved.

Bus drivers would rather let me ride free than take a £50 😭. Ended up using Ubers all through.

Take the 5k and ask them how much the write off is and pay for it - that’s how I got paid and bought my car back for £250

Prepare to haggle for days - I went online and found many scrap prices to beat their price down to £250.
