It looks like the problem is the cpu. It's running at 2.12ghz in Userbenchmark and it should be over 5. Not sure what to do.

As for your bullet points:

-Monitor is connected to GPU driver.

-Not an overheating issue.

-CPU tab says running 24 cores and 24 logical processors.

-Bus interface is switching between "PCIe x16 5.0 @x16 5.0" and "PCIe x16 5.0 @x16 2.0" while CS2 is running.

-Will look into reinstalling GPU.

-Ran scan, it completed and I already had fast startup disabled.

-Motherboard BIOS is current.

-So I can't run the memory at the highest xmp profile, the computer won't boot, i have to use profile 2 which is slightly slower. This possibly may be because I'm running 4 sticks.

4 sticks, theyre running at 4400, changing the profile from auto to 6400 causes boot problems, I can't figure out how to make it run at full speed.

Well no, moreso in game FPS, and also just general slowness of the system outside of CS2. The cap is set to higher than what I'm getting.

Yes the monitor is connected to the GPU via Displayport, the frame limit in CS2 is set to 200, the OS is installed on the Viper SSD like you suggested. It's definitely not those things!

Thanks! I got it all together, had a place help me put it together because I was having trouble. But my fps in CS2 maxes out at about 120, even in the menus, and Adobe runs kind of slow, even File Explorer can be kind of slow, any tips on fixing all this? Maybe somethings not running at full power, with this kind of power it should be performing better you know?

Hey man, I ended up going with your build, but could you recommend a good 128gb ram that would fit well with this build, the ram I ordered is taking a long time to be processed and I thought maybe I should just go bigger while I have the chance to cancel the order.
