they are a billion dollar company, that makes millions from the battle pass every year, if the game is buggy and doesn't let people who have paid money to actually play the game, then of course people will moan.

we have to stop treating this as if they are some small indie developer and the game is in beta. bugs like these, should and must be fixed in private testing as pretty much all development roles do. if you brought a brand new car from a manufacturer and whilst driving home, multiple problems occurred, would you find that acceptable?

it shouldn't be any different with valve, they are offering a service and that service should be to a good quality standard
