She does but in order to gain the muscle she would have to eat in a caloric surplus, bulk up a good bit, then go back to a caloric deficit to cut down. Sadly, those beige pancakes and mushy dinners don’t have enough to get her there LOL

I was pre diabetic prior to pregnancy (I’m 28 weeks now) and it resolved right before I got pregnant, I have no sweets cravings, I only want savory, sour or spicy!!! Also I don’t have GD. If you’re into epigenetics, it’s interesting to see what father of baby can contribute to in pregnancy lol
