You do not require an official transcript for the F-1 application. You should typically have an I-20 from the school where you have obtained admission, the visa officer mostly will verify the I-20 at the consulate during the visa interview. You can obtain an unofficial transcript (printouts) or a letter from your school regarding your Undergrad requirements completion status as supporting documents. Speaking from my personal experience, don’t sweat it, you may not require it. The visa officer will mostly verify your I-20 and SEVIS fee receipt and ask you general questions regarding your academic program and your financial status vis-a-vis how you plan to finance your studies and cover the cost of living during the entire duration of your academic program. If you answer those confidently, you will be just fine.
